The Beachcomber is a beautiful new modern cottage nestled in White Point Estates, with a private hottub. It is decorated for you and your family for the Holidays! Relax on the covered front porch while you listen to the waves and smell the ocean air. Guests may access the White Point resort, beach, and amenities, just a short walk away. Features a spacious open concept front room with vaulted ceilings. There are 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, & bathroom with a shower. See you soon! The space Very open, lots of parking area, accessible property. Use our modern appliances to prepare a special meal at home or book a meal out! Outdoor living space with bbq, picnic table, bluetooth speakers, lights, firepit, and hot tub. Relax on the covered front porch and listen to the ocean waves. Cottage is located opposite of the oceanside with an obstructed view through the trees. Guest access More than ample parking for guests and visitors. Guests have access to the beach, and can book a golf game or dining at White Point Resort. We have a special airbnb membership at White Point for guests to access amentities free of charge, such as pools, gym, yoga, kids activities, games room, & boathouse. Just a 10 minute walk over to the resort and beach from the cottage or a quick drive. Take in the beauty of the sunrise and sunsets from the beach, no matter the time of year. Lots of local beaches to choose from: Meadows, Summerville, & Carter's. Other things to note The Beachcomber cottage was completed in 2022 and designed on one level for easy access. Full set of modern appliances, heat pump, on-demand hot water etc. Access to White Point Beach. Hot tub on large stone deck, seating, and fire pit, with a privacy fence on the street side. Gorgeous 10 x 26 covered front porch with BBQ. Guests can cook at home, book reservations at the lodge, or enjoy dining in Liverpool ( just 10 min drive). If guests forget any essentials at home, they can shop in Liverpool Exit 19: Superstore, Sobeys, NSLC, and other shopping on Main Street. Registration Details STR2627B2669
