GYAAN is a peaceful, warm and serene 2 BHK - Fully furnished house with wi-fi at WHITE TOWN, ideal for tourist who come to stay on a budget. It just takes a 15 mins. walk to the beach to watch the awesome sunrise. Pondicherry's best Restaurants, Resto-pubs, Cafés, Wax-museum, Ashram, Parks, Rock Beach, Marina Beach, Cinema halls, Market areas are all at a walkable distance. Guest's car can be parked on the streets as the regulations permits (no parking charges as of now) The space We do not promise luxury nor do we promise perfection. We do promise a CLEAN and COSY stay , decently decorated space with commitment to be at your service if needed. All of our guests have loved our place for its privacy, no sharing of any space, its silence in the middle of the city, and the reasonable price. Our space is more couple friendly and we also allow pets if accompanied. It consists of one hall, one master bedroom with AC, one single bedroom (non AC), one kitchen with gas, basic kitchen amenities and Purified Drinking Water, one bathroom and one toilet. Our space is usually fully occupied throughout the year as it is budget friendly and comfortable. Being situated at the White Town adds to its value. One can hire the scooters or cycles on rentals to explore Pondicherry at its best. ---- *Only Street Parking is available. *Requesting to maintain low noise and consideration towards neighbors. *We do not have Power Back Up but power cuts are very very rare in this area as its the main area with major Government Bureaus. Power cuts happen for half an hour or one hour, in case of storms or very heavy rainfall. Guest access The entire house is all yours until your stay with us. Other things to note GYAAN is owned by Karthig & Bella, a friendly couple. They are also DJs and can help you out in referring the best party places, be it restaurants or to party the whole night at pubs.
