Conveniently located just off of I-5 and less than a mile from the beach, look no further for your coastal living stay. The community boasts walks with Oceanside Harbor Views, a community pool, and spa. Venture down the street with a walk or bike ride to the beach, pier, harbor, and Downtown Oceanside. The entry, room, and bathroom are completely private to ensure optimal privacy during your stay (shared space is pool). We hope you enjoy your visit on the first floor of our beach townhome! Other things to note Our HOA requires a short-term rental agreement for all guests to be completed and signed before arrival. In particular, please provide us with your vehicle information at least 7 days before the first day of your stay, so you can have a registered parking pass.
