The space The 1BHK is in a gated community (Sea Esta) with full security, and peaceful place and stocked with all the amenities for your daily needs. We have High speed wifi, power backup, and refrigerator, microwave with electric kettle for you to cook for longer stays or remote WFH. The apartment has lots of natural light/breeze for you to unwind but still be productive. > Location The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the beach and is close to popular restaurants, shops and clubs. The 1BHK apartment is part of a building with additional apartments. Due to an under construction hotel, the approach road will be a little bumpy for your ride when you enter the gated community. It is an apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen and washroom. It is situated on the first floor with access to elevator. > Self Check in Instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival on how to get to the property and access the apartment. We will be available by call for any assistance you may need. > Parking FREE covered private parking for cars and scooters is available within the property gates. > Cleaning We offer cleaning services after check in, and also have provided basic cleaning tools in the home for guests to use and keep the apartment clean. > Kitchen We have a full size refrigerator, induction, cutlery, crockery and basic cooking utensils to prepare meals. Also basic cooking ingredients are provided (oil, salt and pepper). Small grocery stores and vegetable stores are available within a 5 minute walk. > Work from home Many guests enjoy the apartment as a workspace as we have hi-speed 100 MBPS internet connection. The mobile network inside the home works well. > Pool (shared) / Beach Access The path to the beach is located around 300m from the apartment's gate. The pool is a beautiful place to relax and swim. It is open from 9am till 6pm. Please read and follow the guidelines at the pool. Our intention is to provide a space where guests can feel at home, relax and unwind after a day of exploring lively Goa :) Guest access The entire apartment with living room have Ac ,bedroom with Ac, kitchen and washroom will be for the guests with their own apartment entrance. Guests also have access to the garden and hammock (shared). Guests can enjoy the shared amenities - clubhouse with indoor games to enjoy with your partners and kids, while working out in the gym or a simply take refreshing dip in the swimming pool. To access the beach, guests can use a direct and safe path leading to the Colva beach . On this path you will also find fishermen's village and fishing boats and enjoy with the locals.
