Sound proofed and under the flight path The space This a a cozy one bedroom apartment with the bedroom in the eaves and a separate kitchen/dining area. It is fully equipped with all utensils needed and well furnished. Please check our professional photos. IT is fully air-conditioned and heated too. On the top floor so you needn't be concerned about other guests above you. But we are under the flight path too. Free linens and towels weekly insure you do not have to spend much time doing laundry. We have a full time manager in case you need anything special. And we also have a full time handyman in case there is need for minor repairs. Guest access We have lots of public spaces. Three decks, a patio and barbecue area; a study for working or having meetings. Two decks are about 80 feet long and are south and west facing you can see the city and entire coastline up to twenty miles away. The get sun from early morning until evening. The third deck is west facing and offers extraordinary views of sunset. See our photos. Our patio is quite large (almost 2000 square feet) and has a barbecue. This area gets the morning sun and is quite a nice place to relax or get some work done. Other things to note There is limited on site parking and it is very easy to park on the street.
