Our condo is located in Shore Residences, in the Mall of Asia Complex, with convenient access to shopping venues (MOA, IKEA, Ayala Malls), entertainment (MOA Arena, Star City, SM by the Bay, Okada, Solaire) and numerous excellent dining establishments. Step out and enjoy or stay and soak in the resort atmosphere of the condominium complex. You will love the many options offered by our urban tropical vacation spot! The space This 1 bedroom air-conditioned unit is generously provisioned with conveniences and amenities for an enjoyable stay. Cook your meals in the kitchen, order in or dine outside, with many fine restaurants and cafes minutes from your door. Stream the latest trending movies and dramas on Netflix, stroll or jog through tropical gardens, take a refreshing swim in the pools or take in the busy vibrant city - go slow, or go fast - the choice is yours! Guest access Parking is not included. Shore Residences parking charge: Php 50 for the first 4 hrs, and Php 50 pesos every hour after, plus overnight fee of Php 300 1:30am-6am - advise parking attendant you are staying overnight! Swimming Pool Operating Hours 6am - 10pm. Fee: Php 150/head/day -Regular days; Php 300/head/day -Holidays. Proper swimming attire is required. Pool vouchers may be secured from the Admin Office (hours M-F 9am - 5pm; Sat 9am - 12pm; Closed Sunday). Please coordinate with us if you need help to secure vouchers ahead of time. The vouchers are turned in to security personnel near the pools in exchange for a wristband that identifies those authorized to use the pools.
