After a day of adventure, soak in the private hot tub, roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit, and watch the sunset right from the spacious, fenced back yard. Just 5 minutes to Three Peaks State Park, 45 minutes to Brian Head Resort, and just over an hour to Zion National Park, with many more local attractions nearby! The space The property is 1.25 acres fully enclosed with a 6-8ft block wall and custom steel gates for maximum privacy! Your kids or furry friends will have tons of secure space to roam and play safely. The back yard is HUGE with a nice lawn and is a great place to hang out and watch incredible sunsets, star gaze, grill, or even have a campfire in the fire pit. You even have the opportunity to collect your own farm fresh eggs in the morning from our chickens in the back yard if you’d like! (They are contained and happily living in their coop out of your way) The interior of the home boasts a large open concept kitchen and living room with tall ceilings giving the home a spacious feel. The rustic modern decor was thoughtfully chosen to give mountain adventure vibes and is very bright, clean and inviting! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals and a dishwasher to clean up afterwards! The master bathroom is tastefully designed with beautiful marble tile throughout with a double vanity paired with granite countertops and tons of counter space. The main highlights are the walk-in tile shower and huge soaker tub that offer the perfect relaxing end to your day! Guest access Guests can access the entire house and yard with the exception of the garage and a couple closets. Those are locked and being used for storage, but everything else is there for your use! Other things to note Please send an inquiry before booking if you are bringing a pet to make sure they are a good fit! We want to make sure our animals remain safe and yours do too. We have 5 goats living on the property in their own separate fenced space away from the back yard so as not to disturb guests. The garage and 2 bedroom closets are locked for storage and unavailable for guest use. There are two other closets in the house that can be used.
