Family Lake House with three bedrooms

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Park Lake. Dogs are welcome! This three bedroom home has two rooms with queen beds, and one bunk room with four beds. The kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy game night in the converted garage, fires in the yard, and kayaking or paddle boarding on a 330 acre lake. Fishing is excellent and you can boat or fish right off the dock on property! Relax and enjoy. We are only thirty minutes from the Dells and fifteen minutes from skiing in Portage. The space This is an older home that is being renovated with recent updates including new flooring, roof, driveway, updated deck, and expanded dock. The house is one level but there are stairs to enter the house and stairs to laundry in basement. The home sits on 1 acre so plenty of space to play games outside including provided badminton. The house has three bedrooms each with a large closet. The large living/dining/kitchen is great for your group to gather. The separate garage provides a secondary game/hangout space with a reclaimed wood wall, game table, 50inch smart tv, and air hockey. The back deck overlooks the lake. Take the stairs down to your private dock. Use the provided 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, one paddle boat, or large floating paddle dock to explore. Catch some trout, bass, or catfish with the provided fishing polls. Maximum guest occupancy is 8 people Guest access The entire home is for your private use but the basement has two owner’s Closets that we ask you not to enter Other things to note We do not recommend swimming off the dock it is very muddy- instead paddle to the deeper part of lake and jump in- or head to chandler park (boat, walk or drive) to swim at the sandy and free public beach. There are two public boat launches less than a mile away. Dogs must be pre approved. Only one dog. You must clean up after your dog- do not use dog food in home (this is for our pupper) but feel free to use leash or ball.
