Peaceful hilltop home on Rock Creek Park

Please note: There are about 30 steps from street parking to the home at the top of the hill. Perfectly located near trails, the creek, and Rock Creek Park—yet close to Washington DC, Bethesda, and Rockville—this home is my happy place :) Sit on the porch or deck with your morning coffee and listen to the birds - 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Full) and 1 full bath. - 7 min to Grosvenor Metro with easy access to DC - 7 min to great restaurants and shopping at Pike & Rose, Kensington, and Wheaton The space Most of the living area is on the first floor: One bedroom with a King bed, one bedroom with a full sized futon bed, a full bathroom, the kitchen, and the sun filled dining/living room area with access to the side porch. Upstairs has the third bedroom with a queen bed. The basement has a second bathroom. Extra towels and sheets are located on the shelves in the middle bedroom with the full sized futon. The basement is also unavailable to use as it's currently being occupied by a long-term tenant. This is a completely separate space, with its own entrance.
