Our cozy home has 4br & 2.5 baths, it is in a quiet neighborhood just 1 block off SR 24. Lyman is nestled @ the foot of Thousand Lake Mt. Midway between Fishlake NF, Dixie NF, & Capitol Reef NP all w/in a 25 minute drive. Whether you’re enjoying the beautiful national park, hunting, fishing, or hiking this is the perfect place to unwind @ the end of a long day or just to hang out during down time. 2100 sq ft | Free WIFI Main floor : 2br w/ queen beds, 1.5 baths Basement level: 2br - 1 w/queen bed, 1 w/bunk beds, 1 bath Indoor living: Smart TV w/Roku | washer & dryer | games, toys, puzzles Heating: We now have an electric furnace. Kitchen: Fully functional | stocked w/pots, pans, & dishes needed to cook & eat | coffee pot, toaster, microwave, crockpot, griddle, & tea pot | A few spices, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, oil, foil, flour, & sugar | fridge with ice maker Outdoor living: fenced in backyard | gas BBQ | swing set | nice lawn with shade trees Parking: Driveway & front of house (5+ vehicles) | some trailer parking available depending on how many other vehicles in your party | Make sure not to block the lanes on either side of the property Garage: If you go in the front garage door be careful because the stairs going into the basement are right inside the door. You can access everything except the furnace room I will be available during your stay it’s better to call or text me I’m bad at checking my email. If for some reason I’m not available during your stay I will leave the name and number of our second host to help assist you with any needs you might have. There are not any services in Lyman but just a 3 mile drive west to Loa and there are gas stations, bank, grocery store and some dining. Additional dining is located to the south in Bicknell and Torrey ( Torrey is seasonal so most businesses there close mid October- mid March/April). During the off season a lot of businesses are closed on Sunday and the store has shorter hours so make sure and plan accordingly. The State Liquor Store (open Tuesday-Saturday 12-7) and movie theater are located 5 miles to the south in Bicknell.
