This beautiful studio will be perfect for your vacation in Juan-les-Pins. Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it is 25 m² and can accommodate 2 people. It is well furnished, fully equipped and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. It is ideally located less than 100 m from the beach, minutes from the center of Juan-les-Pins with all its restaurants and shops. It also provides easy and quick access to Antibes and Cannes. Looking forward to welcoming you! The space The studio is bright and you will particularly appreciate the view of the sea and the Esterel from the balcony without overlooking. Accommodating 2 people, it is composed of a living area with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. The famous pine forest located in the heart of Juan-les-Pins is about 12 minutes on foot. Despite this proximity to restaurants, the studio is quiet at night.
