The space Enjoy morning coffee in the sun room complete with day bed and seating table, or on the front porch in the rocking chairs. Wooden deck has a gas grill, picnic table with umbrella and plenty of seating to enjoy the views or stars at night. Renovated Kitchen includes electric stove, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes, cups, utensils and everything needed to prepare your own meals. Full bathroom has shower-tub. Laundry room includes new front loading washer and dryer. The Hunter’s bedroom features a queen bed plus bunk bed – sleeps 4. The Bunkroom has a bunk bed – sleeps 2. The Scout room with queen bed sleeps 2. There is a day bed in the sun room and a full size couch and comfy recliner chair in the living room for additional sleeping spaces if needed. The house is protected with the Vollara air purifier which kills the SARS-COV-2 virus which causes Covid 19 so your sure to have a safe and healthy stay at the farm house. Guest access We have many games and puzzles to play indoors. We have corn hole, soccer ball, frisbees, tether ball and other out door games in the grey box on the deck. We also provide 3 hammocks for use in the orchard. Information and locations are noted in the guest book on the dining room table. For our four legged guests, we also have dog bowls for food and water and plenty of doggie clean up bags. Other things to note We are pet friendly. We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. Please let us know at booking if you are bringing a pet. We do have bowls for food and water. We have plenty of doggie clean up bags too. They are located at the end of the kitchen counter on the floor. There is a working barn on the property. We ask for everyone’s safety to not play in or explore the barn. There is cell service at the house. We also added WiFi in December 2022. Added new 4 Burner Gas grill in June 2024. If needed, there is spare gas tank located under the deck near the basement steps.
