Our home is located in Leslieville, one of Toronto’s most vibrant and charming east-end neighborhoods, with many coffee shops, bakeries, ice-cream spots, restaurants and bars, pilates/cycling studios, vintage stores, and weekend farmers’ market. You’ll be close to downtown yet away from its busy and noisy atmosphere, enjoying the quieter feel of a residential but lively area along famous Queen Street. We’re also near concert venues like History, the Opera House, and Danforth Music Hall. The space This apartment/ basement is a part of a detached two story house. It has its own private entrance. It's own kitchen, living room, working space, washer + dryer and everything a home needs. Just bring your suitcase. It has higher ceilings compared to units of it's kind. It has 5 windows and 1 half glass door with a screen for extra light. Approximately 670 sq. feet or 62 sq meters. The bedroom has a queen size bed, two dressers, a closet and a full length mirror. The sofa in the living room turns into a double size bed. The working station included a spacious desk, 22' computer monitor, HDMI cable, Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. Free, open parking space available at laneway (back of house). Steps away from entrance of the unit. You are welcomed to use the table, chairs, sun bed, BBQ located in the backyard as it's shared common space. I have personally lived here for a couple of years thus familiar with the space for anything you might need. Guest access The apartment has it's own private entrance that is located behind the house, backyard. It's accessible from the main front street, using the side entrance and from the back street, laneway. If you will be using our free, private parking space located in the laneway, you will be steps away from the entrance of the unit. There is a descending staircase of 6 steps to the entrance door. The stairs and backyard are lit by motion activated lights at night. Other things to note I live in the main unit upstairs, so I’m always on site to help with any questions or needs you might have and to ensure your stay is comfortable.
