Step inside and take in the exceptional interiors with the soft farrow and ball colour palette and the generous space for gatherings around the beautiful cottage kitchen table with the added benefit of an AGA, any cooks dream kitchen!  Or you may choose to sit back and relax in front of the open fire in the spacious and extremely comfortable living area with smart TV and stunning views across open countryside. With four enchanting bedrooms which sleep 8 guests, along with an upstairs bathroom suite and separate downstairs shower room and WC, there really is plenty of room for everyone. The property also has the added benefit of a spacious boot room and an indoor dog room. There is also a lockable bike store with floor mounted bike racks for up to 8 bicycles. Making this the perfect base to explore North Yorkshire on foot with your four-legged friend or on 2 wheels! Outside you will find a secure spacious garden with outside seating and BBQ facilities. There is also a Hot tub which is positioned to take in the spectacular views! Ample parking is available at the side of the property. Owner Rachael and family have lovingly renovated the property to its former glory, with the farmhouse been an important part of their family since 1903. You very much get a feel of its family importance when you enter, with enchanting snippets of the true family history of High Park. (Please Note: High Park is positioned on a working farm so some farm machinery will be in and around the property at certain times of the year.)
