The house has a separate entrance on the lower level. 3 bdrms, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen, family room and private deck facing your own back yard. Go to the back yard using the path on the left of the house to the lower deck entrance. The key is accessible upon arrival in a locked box. The code will be given to you before your arrival. We rent the upstairs unit to other guests. You will have a full kitchen and dining area, a sitting area in the large bedroom suite and a living room adjacent to the kitchen which offers total privacy and nothing is shared except the utilities. These two dwellings are locked out. Please ask if you have any questions. NOTE: Laundry can be arranged for longer stays and sometimes shorter stays. Please ask. We have trails all over the neighborhood, close shopping to 3 malls, near Lake Boren, Lake Sammamish and Lake Wa. Business License expires 8/21/22 1 mile from park & ride, 405 Easy access to Bellevue and greater Seattle. Please note: LAUNDRY is in the upstairs unit and you will need to coordinate with the hosts to use it. If you have a short stay there may not be availability and you may have to use a laundry mat close by. At Check out - Please DO NOT strip the beds completely. Only take off the sheets and place on floor or with used towels in the bath room please. Recycling and garbage - there are 3 cans - Paper/Glass/Garbage the environment and future generations will be happy if you can try your best to do this.
