Lovely apartment for two in Llanfyllin

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. In the centre of the market town of Llanfyllin, the apartment is above an art shop. With pubs, the lovely Seeds restaurant, cafes, independent shops, spar, fish and chip shop, Thursday market and beautiful countryside surrounding the market town. We have chosen not to have a TV here, as a way of escaping the news etc and maybe catch up with your partner, read or play music. There is wifi so you can access your own music. The space PLEASE NOTE: A set of stairs lead up to the living room and kitchen. New carpets throughout and vinyl flooring in the kitchen. New oven and hob. New fridge. Radiators in all rooms including the bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the bedroom with double bed with memory foam comfy mattress. Drawers and rail above with coat hangers. Extra towels in the towel cabinet can be supplied for people staying a week. Fresh milk will be available in the fridge and tea/coffee supplied in the cupboard. The bath has a shower over it. The stairs are steep as this is a Victorian town house. It is in a conservation area. Guest access Stairs/living room/kitchen/stairs/double bedroom/bathroom. Other things to note The apartment is above a shop which I have, selling art, antiques, books. The apartment has its own door at the back of the building and will be private to the person. There is a locked door between the shop and the apartment.
