Walking distance to historical downtown Wakefield where many eateries, cafes, and shops await you. Less than 15 minutes to several South County beaches. Room and space is compact. Host lives above and you may hear footsteps. Full-sized bed is against wall and climbing out is one side only. Kayak may be used upon request. If I am in town I am happy to allow use of washer/dryer. The space Bedroom is small. There isn’t much sitting space in the bedroom aside from a desk chair, and a small auxiliary. It has a full-sized bed, desk, shelving, closet, and television. Bathroom with stand-up shower. Kitchenette equipped with sink, coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Courtyard with cafe table and two chairs. It’s all yours—nothing shared! Guest access Stairs between yellow and green houses lead to lower landing and entrance. Light switch on yellow house at top of stairs illuminates stairs at night.
