Located on the third floor, this bright and modern condo features a new bathroom (with heated floors), and a beautiful fully-stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a blender for smoothies and three different types of coffee makers (Keurig, drip, and French press)! The main bedroom has a huge king-sized bed, portable AC Unit and views of the valley. The living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep 2 people, with Ottoman extensions it can sleep up to 4. The Balcony has a propane barbecue and beautiful views of Hemlock Valley, and if you look closely, you may even see Mount Baker! The building has a laundry room with a washer and dryer- they are coin operated using Loonies. 》Strata allows Renters to use Pool and Hot Tub, but not the Owners Lounge. 》Slippery conditions in the winter season. Snow tires and chains are highly recommended. The road up has signs stating that it is a requirement to carry chains. 》We as Hosts can not Guarantee that the pool or Hot Tub will be in working condition during every booking. Therefore Pricing does not reflect these amenities. In the Event that the building A Hot Tub is malfunctioning, you may use the hot tub in building B ! The Road up is mostly gravel, it is very steep with hairpin turns. Heavy towing could be difficult if you are inexperienced. Any vehicle in good repair can drive up and down the road without issue; however, the windy steep road is not for everyone. !Building Strata Require a form filled out for each Reservation, Form will be sent when reservation is confirmed! Guest access You will have access to the entire Condo Unit, besides a lockup closet for the Home owners. Other things to note ! Please be advised that there are currently no nearby emergency services in Hemlock Valley. The nearest Hospital to Hemlock Valley is Chilliwack General Hospital and it is a 1 hour and 6 minute drive in ideal conditions. If you have any severe allergy or illnesses that has the potential for you to need an ambulance or medical assistance, Hemlock Valley may not be a safe destination for you. 》We as Hosts do not Guarantee that the pool or Hot Tub will be in working condition during every booking. There will be a piece of paper that is between the batteries to save battery life, remove it for use. If new batteries are needed we will provide them at the General Store. During the outage, unlimited wood will be provided as well, from the General Store. If the outage lasts longer than 6 hours between 8am and 12am, 50% of the nightly rate will be refunded. 》 Very slippery conditions during winter. Spiked foot ware recommended.
