The space Nihira Farms Kamshet is special because of its: - Serene location - Location amidst mango orchards - Private swimming pool with a kids’ pool - Modern decor - Sprawling lawn and terraced gardens - Gazebo overlooking the lake - Proximity to the lake We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bar, barbecue meals - Secured parking space for up to 5 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms - all on the first floor. - All rooms offer king-sized beds, AC, Wi-Fi access, separate seating areas, attached bathrooms and attached balconies overlooking the lake. BATHROOMS - There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached, 1 common and 1 powder room. - All attached bathrooms have separate dressing areas, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. INDOOR AREAS - The living room is on first floor, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing ample natural light. - It provides comfortable sofa-seating for up to 7 people and is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera. - Either side of the living room opens up to terrace lawns, offering 270 degree views of the mountains and the lake. There are seating arrangements for 3 people in each. - There is an indoor dining area, which is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people comfortably. OUTDOOR AREAS - The al fresco dining area is on ground floor. It is equipped with several seating arrangements, including swings, charpais, and chairs. - Next to the al fresco dining is the private swimming pool, 40x8ft. in size and 5ft. in depth. It has an attached kids’ pool as well. - The pool deck offers a bar area with several seating arrangements for the guests to relax and lounge in. - There is a sprawling lawn with mango trees and an attached gazebo offering stunning views of the lake and the mountains. It can seat up to 40 people at any given time. KITCHEN - There are 2 kitchens, indoor and outdoor. Guests do not have access to either of the kitchens. - If guests wish to use the kitchen to make simple food for infants, they may do so with prior approval. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Food will be served in the alfresco dining area only, and not in the villa. Food will be served till 11 PM only. The kitchen will close post 11 PM. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, it is strictly not allowed inside the villa. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. - Outside food or ordering from the nearest restaurant is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming. Guests can lounge in the terrace lawns and gazebo amidst picture-perfect views, or indulge in outdoor sports in the sprawling lawn. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the lake and embrace its beauty. They can cherish the authentic farm experience and indulge in plucking of fresh, organic vegetables. They can carry a book to enjoy peacefully amidst gorgeous views. They can enjoy their favourite drinks by the bar. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The living room is not equipped with an AC. - Guests are requested to not shift the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. In case guests require extra furniture, they may ask the caretaker for the same. - There are friendly dogs, hens and cows residing at the property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - In case of a power outage, inverter can support lights and fans for up to 24 hours. - All-male groups are not allowed. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Since the villa is surrounded by forest and trees, there may be insects in the evening. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Outside food or ordering from the nearest restaurant is not allowed.
