Adorable private studio/ guesthouse with parking

We would love to have you stay in our private guest house with its secluded gardens. We are happy to accommodate couples, and people travelling with a child ( we have a floor mattress on request). If you are travelling with a pet there is a $50 pet fee (small to medium dogs only) The space This is a huge studio at the very back of our yard. It has a full sized dining table, lounge area with couch, arm chair and smart tv. There is a full bathroom with shower, full vanity with towels, hairdryer, shampoo etc, plus iron and ironing board. It has a small kitchen equipped with hot plate, microwave, full size fr idge, cookware; including rice cooker, toaster and sandwich maker. Outside is a lush garden and the decking area and courtyard space are under the canopy of giant old trees. It’s very private and quiet and you won’t remember that you are 25 minutes from the CBD, 12 mins to airport, and a ten minute walk to busy Midland Gate Shopping Centre and the train line. We are also a 10 drive to the Swan Valley wine region and Perth hills Guest access There is a parking bay right in front of your own private entrance. your space is private in the back corner of our large yard, behind a workshed.
