Broke Ass Farm is an off grid homestead located on Warrior Outpost Medicinal Ranch. It features a broken down horse stable (yes just one) and a straggly food garden. Chickens are scarce as hens teeth around here so they are mostly missing, but you might see one or two. Broke Ass Farm has a 10 ft x 16 ft tiny cabin with twin bunk beds, full linens, and a beautiful cedar plank work table and chair inside. The "kitchen area" features a stainless steel portable sink which provides 5 gallons of water. A gas cooktop and mini fridge are supplied for your convenience. These run off a supplied powerbank that can charge a phone or support a laptop. There is a portapotty/outhouse near the cabin, but for those who don't mind, there is a toilet provided. LemonBalm Cabin @ Broke Ass Farm is completely off grid. The purpose is to calm the mind, soothe the soul and allow the body to restore itself. It is clean, plain living. Outside there is a fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill located conveniently located near the homestead. Beautiful sunsets, lots of wildlife, and sparkling stars await you. LemonBalm Cabin on Broke Ass Farm Homestead is one of six nighly rental sites on our 15 acre off grid Theauputic retreat called Warrior Outpost. There is an herbal garden to explore and a farmacy where natural remedies are formulated from Nature's Medicine Cablinet. Homestead Farmacy offers teas, tonics, elixirs along with specialty treats made from items grown here or sourced from local organic farms. Fire Cider, S Sauce, Cowboy Candy along with seasonal fruit, veggies and herbs. INCLUDED AS PART OF YOUR STAY: -160 sq. ft tiny cabin with toilet and stainless steel sink. There is a work table and chair for any adulting you must do. -Twin Bunk Beds: Full linens included with sheets, comforter and pillow on bed. - Table and chair inside - Firepit -Wrought Iron table with 4 chairs (you are welcome to bring out your folding chairs) -Charcoal Grill: Bring your own charcoal and cooking utensils -Solar Lights in and outside of cabin -Electric light, that can be powered with the powerbank -Powerbank that you can plug in a laptop, or cellphone -Propane tank for heating in winter and running the cooktop -Cartridge toilet. You have to pour water down and then flush with toilet paper going in to trash can. -Handsanitizer, wipes, paper towels and toilet paper. -Solar lights guiding the walkway and perimeter of your campsite -Cell coverage. Of course, I can't guarantee this, but most phones work here -A Farmacy that features natural medicinals and items you may have forgotten such as a toothbrush or doggie treat.
