Tucked away in beautiful southern Lancaster County close to the town of Quarryville, this rustic and charming cottage is a hidden gem for a peaceful weekend getaway. Amish farms and rolling hills are a dime a dozen in this area and still it’s within easy driving distance of Strasburg/Sight and Sound as well as a number of excellent eateries. This property is surrounded by woods but the skylights help bring lots of natural light into the living room and kitchen. This is a single level, two bedroom home with a beautiful post and beam cathedral ceiling, a balcony and featuring a large barn situated on the on the property. All seasons are beautiful here and especially fall. In the winter, you can often spot deer in the woods. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom features a queen sized bed. The main floor is yours except for one closet which we keep supplies in. The basement isn't locked but it's not set up for guest use at this time. I live about 30 minutes away and will be available via messaging and will come to the house for anything urgent. Only crated pets are welcomed. Please keep pets off furniture.
