The apartment is located in a secure cul de sac. and has easy access to the M1 motorway and the A38 main Wifi, services, and tv included. Other things to note The driveway provides bags of off street parking. The entrance to the apartment forms part of a small balcony overlooking the garden. Your hosts are amenable to you using the garden, garden furniture and a gas bbq subject to agreement. In the event of us being away our next door neighbour is available to resolve any issues. The village is 1/4 miles away and has a good Coop store and a fantastic butcher who sells amazing pies, cobs, cold meats and great steak etc. 1/3 mile away through the village is a local pub called the Boat. It is on the banks of a pretty canal , serves good beer and food at reasonable prices and is a pleasant spot for whiling away a summer evening.
