Casa Cielo, new modern villa with outdoor pool

Casa Cielo is something unique in this area with amazing hill views, offering complete privacy. New modern construction with luxury finishes and furnishings, with private pool , Wi-Fi and parking spaces. It is located in small village, only 36 km from the center of capital of Croatia Zagreb and 10 km from the center of town Zaprešić. Located in a quiet and elevated position, the villa has a large terrace with swimming pool and panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The space Casa Cielo has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 10 persons, TV and outdoor kitchen with BBQ. It has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have a double bed, TV and air conditioning. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Inside the house there is your private wellness, equipped with Finnish sauna and hydro massage pool for 5 persons, which is not in function during summer period. Billiard table and darts are also available for your entertainment. Spacious and luxury designed, Casa Cielo sits in a carefully kept private fenced ground with seasonal private pool that can be heated when needed (this is extra charged 50 Euros per day). Pool is based on technology electrolysis of water, which means that water in the pool is salty and much better for children and persons that not tolerate chlorine. There is children playground in the front, with small house, two swings and a slide. Next to the pool there is a large heated terrace for 30 persons, outdoor kitchen, toilet and BBQ. Big refrigerator and ice maker. Glass door on the terrace can be opened and closed, depending on the weather conditions. The interior is equipped with everything you need on your vacation (Dolce gusto coffee maker). You have complete privacy in the premises and around the pool. However, there are few neighbor houses nearby so no load music and parties after 10.00 p.m. allowed. With extra charge a possibility to prepare traditional Croatian meal: roasted veal, lamb or octopus with potato and vegetables (organic homegrown in the summer season) cooked under a baking lid. If you are staying without a car, we can arrange transport and purchase of groceries from local store. Guest access Entire house and courtyard is at your disposal. Other things to note The villa has an external video surveillance system for security. After your check-out the file is deleted. A deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. At the end of the stay, after checking the structure, it will be returned.
