We are ideally located for easy access to downtown (6 min drive), U of A (7 min drive), the airport (15 min drive) and everything you can find on Tucson's vibrant west side. Within steps of our front door are Barista del Barrio, St Mary’s Mexican, Pat’s Chili Dogs and many more of Tucson's classic eateries. We're also a 20 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) from the Mercado San Augustin where you'll find delicious food, drinks and shopping. The space Our home was built in the 1930s and retains much of its original charm, while adding in plenty of modern amenities. The 1500 square foot adobe home features original hardwood flooring, arched doorways and a wood-burning fireplace. More recently we've added new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, granite countertops and ultra fast wifi. Both bedrooms have new queen mattresses and plenty of fresh linens, and there's a full bathroom with tub and shower. There's lots of outdoor space including a huge, fully fenced backyard for your 4-legged friends (your 2-legged ones might enjoy it too!).
