Fully renovated apartment in historic building in the heart of old Lisbon and located on a very accessible distance from the city main attractions. You can enjoy all the alternative and traditional shops and cafés as well as the renovated Intendente cultural events or just explore the historical centre on foot or with tram 28 ride. The space * The apartment located in one of Lisbon's main streets with all the services you need at your door (cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, banks, etc). * This is a totally renovated and fully equipped welcoming apartment in a historical building in the heart of the city; * The apartment has six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice all equipped kitchen. The washing machine is reserved only for residents or can be used upon an extra fee. * Your room has a single bed, a window to the main street and there is also a shared balcony in the kitchen; * Your room is equipped with air conditioning; * This area is embraced by Graça and the Castle hill and close to cultural Intendente square, Mouraria historical neighbourhood, Rossio and Baixa; * A concerned and caring host and team that will make everything to make your stay the most perfect possible. As this apartment is brand new, please feel free to read the reviews at my other properties; * Since you are renting a room in a shared apartment, it is very important that you always clean after use. Breaking this rule might be subjected to the cancelation of your stay; * Washing machine is reserved for use of permanent residents only and not included for airbnb/ short stay rentals. There is a launderette nearby. * Strong Wi Fi connection, bed linen, bathing towels, cleaning service and the privilege to live in a beautiful Portuguese historical house. Feel also free to use the kitchen to prepare some meals or to just relax in our balcony. Guest access * Our guests have access to a total refurbished apartment with shared living areas and a private room. They can use the kitchen to cook, the office room to work remotely or the balcony to chill. Other things to note * Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out time is until 10 am.
