To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, AC, Wi-Fi on the ground floor - Wardrobe, hangers, torch  - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bar  - Curbside parking space for 2-3 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms - all on the first floor.  - AC, double beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - All rooms overlook a beautiful hill view. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 common.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and a separate wet and dry area.  COMMON AREAS -  The living room offers seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with an AC and a portable music system.  - There is a separate dining room with an attached patio. It offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people.  - There is a private pentagon-shaped plunge pool, 4 ft. in depth. - There is a common outdoor sit-out besides the plunge pool with rattan furniture.  - There is a bar counter for the guests to enjoy their favourite drinks.  KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water filter. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability. - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. Guest access In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff member will be accommodated in the staff quarters. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can carry a book to read to enjoy peacefully. They can also enjoy their drinks at the bar counter.  HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.  - Pets are not allowed at the property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights, fans and refrigerator for up to 6 hours. - There is no TV at the property.  - Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, which is available only on ground floor. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well.  - The air-conditioner in one of the rooms may cause some disturbance.  - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
