Contemporary house (2018) and independent located on our property of 1585 m², 1.5 km from the beach. Quiet, privacy guaranteed. Fenced plot, bordered by embankments, enclosed courtyard. Comfortable house for 4 people, 72 m², composed of a ground floor (kitchen open to the living room) of 39 m² and a shower room and upstairs two bedrooms of 11 and 14 m², each equipped with a double bed South-facing terrace (garden furniture, sunbathing) not overlooked. Fiber optic internet WIFI The space The house is connected to fiber. Freebox Smart TV In July and August, check-in is only on Saturdays, and the minimum rental period is 7 nights. Please note that arrivals will not be possible on July 25, so the house will be available for rent for the second half of July, from Saturday, July 18, to Saturday, August 1. Minimum of 3 consecutive nights from September to June. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, courtyard, and a closed shelter for bicycles. Possibility to recharge electric bike batteries.
