During the day, step onto the bus right outside the door to head downtown, explore Fremont, or take a walk around the lake. As for nightlife, there is an abundance of bars and restaurants just blocks away. The studio is about 300 sqft, with a queen bed sleeping up to 2 guests, a private bathroom with shower, and a desk + chair for working. With tall ceiling and big windows, the studio is bright, cozy and spacious. You'll find the following amenities: mini fridge, microwave, utensils for takeout, iron, desk/chair, fan, coffee maker with coffee & tea. Guest access You will have your own room with a private bathroom and private entrance, there will be no shared spaces. Other things to note **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **Additional Info About the Home** • Kindly note that there is ongoing construction noise coming from across the street. This may cause some disturbance during your stay. • This home joins the townhome next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
