The room your party will stay in is a litttle tight it has a full bed and single bed. The downstairs has a large family room that can give you any extra room you need. It remains a cool comfortable temp. It has a large table that you can sit an enjoy the food you prepared. There is a full fridge ,microwave, toaster oven,and coffee pot plus games and books. the bathroom is shared . WIFI is provided weather interruption may happen. Your party will be the only people in you room . But there is a community room that is shared . The family room is a shared space It is a safe residence You will have to walk down stairs to get to your room
