The Gîte du Tilleul is a pleasant cottage for 4 people, bright, very spacious and charmingly furnished. Located in the heart of nature, it is the perfect base for your walking or cycling tours. The area is largely provided with hiking and cycling routes. A stone's throw from Maastricht and close to Aix-la-Chapelle, come and discover our beautiful region, its curiosities, its folklore, its delicacies and its past. The space The Gîte du Tilleul is a single-story cottage ideal for families. It has a covered parking space secured by the gate located at the entrance of the property. Under the lime tree, come and settle in as long as you want and enjoy the lovely view of the garden. Birds, squirrels, goats and sheep will delight your eyes. Inside, you enter through the well-equipped kitchen. And if you don't feel like cooking, you will find many good addresses in the booklet available to you. The cottage has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet. In the living-dining room, a large table awaits you to share good meals. Some books and games are available as well as a TV and information about the area. You can sit comfortably on one of the two sofas or in the pretty rattan armchairs. In the master bedroom, a comfortable double bed 160x200cm awaits you with its storage furniture and hanging. The bathroom is spacious. There is a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. Once you pass through the bedroom and the bathroom, you access the second bedroom with its 90x200cm bunk bed and also a storage unit. If you wish, a baby bed can be added upon request in the master bedroom at no additional cost. Guest access At Gîte du Tilleul, you'll have access to the entire accommodation and part of the garden.
