The space This octagonal home has a unique, circular floor plan. Includes a whole house generator too! When everyone else loses power, you don’t! You can walk to downtown Fayetteville. Themes of the home include bold color schemes featuring yellows, oranges and black as well as traveling and adventure. You can see artwork from as close to Fayetteville or as far away as Spain and Italy. Think you are ready for the Gauley River or Endless Wall? Have a peak at our photos and get a sense of the adventure ahead. 📺 The living room features a 55-inch TV with surround sound. Unwind from the day’s epic adventures in the New River Gorge National Park. 👩‍🍳 The kitchen is well stocked and a baker's dream! Features an electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. 🛌 The master features a queen-sized bed and a TV. In addition, a squat rack and free weights. Guest who use the gym equipment, must sign a Guest Release and Wavier before use. Additional fee of $50.00. 🛌 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and TV. In addition, an office space with printer and office supplies. 🛌 The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, bookcase and six drawer dresser and mirror. 🛀 The home has 1.5 bathrooms. ☀️ The back patio has seating for 4. 🐾 Pets: Pets will be permitted on a case-by-case basis for $100 non-refundable fee. The homeowner is highly allergic to shedding animals but understands humans and their fur babies go hand and hand. One pet per stay. No pets on the furniture. 📝 Friendly Notes: 1. Pets require preapproval and a fee of $100.00. Please notify me of any pets or Airbnb resolution will be notified. 2. All trash must be bagged before throwing away outside. I have to pick out the trash (pizza boxes/beer cans) if it’s not bagged in a tall kitchen trash bag. We live in rural Appalachia and not the city. 3. Check out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. A late check out fee will be charged of $100.00 per half hour pass check-out. Please check out on time for the cleaner and next guests. We do not allow late check out. 4. Tomodachi resides on the back half of the property. 5. The use of the gym requires a $50.00 fee in addition to guest release and waiver. 6. Forgot something? Happy to return! Shipping cost plus $10.00 for time. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note The house is within short walking distance of a gas station and Dairy Queen. You can easily enjoy a treat after your full day of adventuring! The locals joint, Elliott’s Bar and Grill, is across the street. Walk on over to get the local feel and vibe of Fayetteville. You may also use the basketball, tennis and pickleball court at the Quality Inn. The locals do!
