The space Our modern villa, set amidst a sprawling coffee plantation, is a two storied three-bedroom accommodation for upto 6 guests with the cottage nearby which can accommodate up to 4 guests - extra beds can be provided if needed. The ground floor of villa has a fully furnished common living area, a bedroom and a kitchen area. And the first floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. All our bedrooms come with comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms and ambient lighting. The central living area in the ground floor also has an LED television with firestick in case you want to catch up on your favourite movie or show. The premium cottage has two bed rooms that can accommodate a total of 4 guests. These rooms have all modern furnishing and have outdoor seating balcony and coffee plantation views. Enjoy the mesmerizing Wayanad’an sunrise with a cup of our “own brewed coffee” while listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby river and the morning birds. We provide complimentary break-fast. We also have an open courtyard in front of our villa where the guests can enjoy a game of badminton (during the day) and relax around a campfire (at night) while listening to soothing melodies and preparing a barbeque grill of your choice (on request). You could also take a refreshing dip at the nearby river, take a guided plantation trek, or enjoy a relaxing day with your favorite book from among the umpteen picturesque locations at our villa. Our property is also work-from-home friendly with complimentary high-speed internet /WiFi and a dedicated workspace.
