The space The apartment is located in a timeshare complex. The apartment has a bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and coffee table, a kitchen in the hallway, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea! Guest access Cleaning fees are not included, except for the arrival. There is a parking space included in the apartment with 1 parking space. Other things to note Upon arrival at the reception, a security deposit and mandatory laundry costs (towels/sheets/pillowcases) will be paid at a cost of approximately 14 euros per person. Security deposit of 200 euros upon arrival in cash that will be returned at check-out. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
