Brand new boathouse! Come enjoy our gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 bath home on a large quiet cove off the main lake. Outdoor features include a sandbar, hammock, hanging chairs, Adirondack chairs, 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, fire pit, lawn games and more! Enjoy fishing, swimming, sunbathing and relaxing on the dock. The interior of the house has an open floorplan with sweeping views of the lake. Linens, high speed internet and an office space included! Easy check out - start the dishwasher and lock up! The space The first floor is a wide open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all openly connected. Also on the first floor is a bedroom containing a queen bed with direct access to the bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, silverware, and cups. The second floor contains the master suite with a king bed and TV. In the suite is also a full bathroom and office that doubles as a separate sleeping area. Opposite the suite is the third bedroom with a queen and full bed. The third and final bathroom is across the hall, as well as the laundry room. Right out back from the dining room is the deck. The deck is split into two sections, an elevated section making for the perfect place for your morning coffee and a lower section where you can grill and relax. As you make your way out to the dock, on the left you'll see a large fireplace. On the right side you'll have plenty of space to play yard games and a cozy hammock. After walking the rest of the boardwalk to the dock, you'll see a little sandy cove to walk into the water or launch the water toys. The dock is wide open, approx 1200 sq feet, with half of it covered. You'll find a couple of hanging chairs waiting for you to enjoy the lovely sunset. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house minus two owners closets. Other things to note We provide linens and bath towels, no need to get your own! There is high speed internet throughout the house. The living room TV is a smart tv with the ability to use all your favorite streaming services. The house is on a septic tank, so please no food down the sink and only toilet paper in the toilets. Privacy and convenience! We are 5 minutes from the nearest convenience store, 6 minutes from the nearest public boat launch and bait store, and 15 minutes from the closest grocery store.
