Gorgeous Devon Cottage, near Mothecombe Beach

Welcome to my cosy period cottage, in the village of Holbeton. It’s a bit of a tardis, with a front reception room leading into a cosy sitting room , which leads into a kitchen with conservatory. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with a bathroom and shower room. Outside, a pretty woodland path, flanked by ornamental pear trees leads to a raised deck terrace, great for entertaining. And a pretty lawn, with surrounding flower beds, is perfect for deck chair lounging. The space This is my home and so expect a homely cottage with character rather than a soulless space. The 2 reception rooms are cosy. The bright, colourful kitchen leads out to a conservatory. The main stairs are quite steep. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms. There is a bathroom with a small bath, and an additional separate shower room. Outside there is a pretty cottage garden with deck for outside eating Guest access The whole cottage and garden space will be all yours for your stay Other things to note There is no specific parking but lots of space in the village
