Absolutely NO Parties or large gatherings allowed. You will be kicked out. If you are new to Airbnb/don’t have many ratings, chances are I will deny you if you aren’t clear on your trip details. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. You and your family will enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom home which is located in the historic Sunnyside area of town! Located a little over 1 mile into the downtown area, you will have easy access to nightlife, tourist attractions and lots of great food options The space Yes, the house is in a safe area. There are a TON of Airbnbs in my area and competition is no joke, so I price mine cheaper than most to stay booked. Super hosts know what they are doing, so please don’t come at me with “is it safe”. Jesus; I would be out of business if it weren’t. ALSO- No smoking of any kind. If you smoke weed or CBD in the house I will charge you $350 house recovery fee. The house is a spacious 1,350 sqft home , so you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out. Each bedroom has a queen bed in it. There is a back yard, patio and gas grill you are welcomed to use! NO PARTIES allowed, No smoking cigarettes, CBD or weed in the house. No late check outs, don’t ask. The house is NOT PERFECT. It’s older but a nice space to stay. IF YOU HAVE NO REVIEWS and you want to book my house, expect a message asking you to verify you have read the listing. Due to guests with 1 or 2 trips and no reviews doing $25k in damage to my property, this is now protocol!!! Cameras are also on the property to monitor any suspicious activity from guests Guest access On your day of check in, I will either meet you with a key or leave instructions to access the home! Other things to note I don’t play games. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to stay without an adult to supervise. Unfortunate that I have to be blunt, but at this stage in my life, I want to weed out people that think they are better than me coming to my houses. Money isn’t everything for me, so here it goes- I have been a super host since 2015 and I sure know what I’m doing. I pride myself on making the price affordable for you and your family and offer pets to stay free. The place is NOT PERFECT, again, NOT PERFECT. I am also not perfect and sometimes make mistakes, because I’m human. I try and get the place as clean as I can so you will have a good stay at that amazing price you got, but sometimes I can miss something, (although I try not to). If you are one of those people that will come in the house, immediately look for problems and love to be vengeful, OR you find most places you stay just aren’t quite up to your standards, please do not book here. Save us both heartache, because you’re not getting a refund. I have no time for adult cry babies running to airbnb complaining about nonsense. If you have a problem, reach out to me. I’m a nice guy to talk to and very reasonable. If you have doubts about my properties or my character- please reference my past reviews for what a great host I am! Also…due to disrespectful people wanting to throw a party for 100-200 people in my home and trash it for a price of $90 a night, I’m very strict. This house is for sleeping only. If you think you’re going to have a gathering or friends over, forget it. You want to have “family” over and cook out, NOPE. You want to smoke weed in my house, nope. A $350 fine will be attached to your credit card at the end of the stay if I smell smoke. Only the number of people you have on your check in will be allowed. Cameras are on the property and I will monitor the amount of people there. I worked super hard to buy this home and you’re not trashing it. Hugs
