The space This converted detached Victorian stable block comprises a large entrance hall leading, on the right, to a spacious kitchen/dining room, fully equipped and freshly decorated in a contemporary style which runs throughout. Alongside the cooking and food preparation areas, all with ample storage, there is a kitchen table to seat all guests. To the left of the entrance hall is the main living area: a huge lounge with relaxing sofas and a large screen TV, plus a further dining table, seating up to six people, for games and/or special meals. Upstairs there are two fully ensuite bedrooms: one for two guests and the other for three. These have full facilities, including TV, and can be configured with single or double beds as you require. Each ensuite bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with shower over. The property was refurbished in 2023 with new flooring/carpets throughout. Adjoining the cottage in the outhouse is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is off-road parking for two vehicles and stunning views across the Dee Valley from the property's lofty location. Guest access You will have sole access to the cottage and shared access to the laundry room. The dedicated garden is primarily for your own use.
