Other things to note WRISTBAND POLICY The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful PLEASE NOTE: RESTAURANT IS CLOSED ON MONDAY'S DURING THE SPRING/SUMMER TO RESTOCK AND CLEAN AFTER LABOR DAY UNTIL OCTOBER 30, RESTAURANT IS CLOSED ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY THE RESTAURANT AND GIFT SHOP ARE CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER 1-MARCH 1 EVERY YEAR FITNESS CENTER, GAME ROOM AND POOLS ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND THE SUNSET POOL ON THE BAYSIDE OF POINTE WEST IS HEATED FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT YEAR-ROUND.
