With double glazing and central heating it has a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, comfortable lounge with relaxing sofa's and large TV. Views out across the countryside make this a perfect place to unwind & take a little time out for yourself and your family. Sleeping up to 6, there is a master bedroom with King size bed & dressing area, a 2nd twin room, and a further guests are accomodated on a sofa bed in the lounge. All guests have access to a modern white shower room. A nice touch is the juliette balcony which gives a tranquil place for breakfast or dinner whilst overlooking the Tweed and Cheviots beyond. Or you could just open the french doors and let a little of the Scottish Borders air wash over you as you relax peacefully indoors. Linen is provided There are plenty of picnic benches around site. ** TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED ** BBQ/FIRE PIT- you are welcome to bring your own, or hire one from reception. Reception staff will be happy to help you with this. ** ON SITE LAUNDRY ROOM. Ask for details at reception Guest access This is a private self contained unit and only guests have access to the space. Other things to note 'Tweedside' is set on a spacious pitch at the far end of the Coldstream Holiday park. It has a private outlook but is still within easy reach of assistance. Services such as 24 reception and laundry room can be accessed within the site only a short distance away. And a delightful river walk takes you into Coldstream town itself with all its plentiful shops, amenities museums and country park. ****Single sex couples are more than welcome however we do not accept bookings for single sex parties (2 Adults and above) ** BBQ/FIRE PIT- you are welcome to bring your own, or hire one from reception. Please observe site rules regarding placement, reception staff will be happy to help with this. **DOGS - we are very happy to welcome your furry friend on holiday with you as we travel with dogs ourselves, but please may we ask you not to to leave your dog in the van on its own at any time. The reception can advise about any other site rules regarding dogs. Thank you for working with us on this. **DOG friendly local places: There are 3 or 4 bar-restaurants in town which are pet friendly & several of the shops, including our own Army Surplus shop on the high street, WALK THIS WAY. All within a 10-15 minute walk. The Hirsel estate also has a lovely cafe which is pet friendly.
