The space The house is in a gated community in Gravatá Beach on the south coast of Pernambuco. • It is located 650 meters from Gravatá Beach, a very beautiful and quiet beach. Guests will also have access to other beaches such as Maragogi, Peroba and Antunes, among others. • The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 suites, 4 bathrooms (2 social), living room with TV, dining room, full kitchen, laundry with washing machine. • The outdoor area has a swimming pool with LED lighting, gourmet area with Uruguayan-style barbecue, outdoor table and refrigerator in the gourmet area. • The house is decorated and also has utensils and electronics. The environment is cozy and very comfortable.
