The La Gallinella Matta B&B is located in the Marina district, a stone's throw from restaurants, shopping streets and transport services, but at the same time in a quiet and private setting. The apartment has been newly renovated and offers a wi-fi line, a kitchen/living room as a common space, and breakfast included. Guest access Guests have access to the living room/kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. There is a table and a counter in the kitchen, which you can use for takeout or delivery. Cooking is not allowed. Breakfast is served at the Lithium Café bar, not far from the house During your stay Guests can interact with me at any time as I will be present in the apartment, which is my home. Other things to note For overnight stays in Cagliari, the municipality requires the payment of the accommodation tax of €2.00 per day for a maximum of 5 consecutive days from October to June and €3.00 from July to September, which will be paid directly at the property. Animal lovers will enjoy the company of two sweet kittens. Check-in is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., but more flexible times can be arranged with advance notice. Check-out by 11am. Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
