Guest suite in Calgary

We are in walkable Marda Loop-Altadore. Lots of amenities nearby. The library is 4 blocks, great coffee shops in all directions. Lot’s of trails and the best dog park only a few blocks away. We love pets and charge a flat fee of $25 to cover extra cleaning. Back yard is also pretty sweet. We are not the Ritz, but clean, comfortable and convenient 😊. This house was built in 1914! The space This is a Basement suite- 1914 Heritage home- it’s small, cozy, we aim to be affordable, convenient and comfortable. Use code for exterior door and key for interior door. Other things to note Take a walk to enjoy the views in River park along the ridge.
