A newly-built cottage (82 sqm) with a separate guest house (30 sqm) and a huge deck of 380 sqm – in a perfect western location for unforgettable sunsets over the lake. In total there are 13 beds. Fiber is available. Relaxation can be found in the wood-fired sauna with space for 8 people. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with both charcoal and gas grills. Two kayaks with life jackets are available to borrow. An aluminum rowboat and 2 paddleboards can be rented – just let us know in advance! Check-in from 3 pm Check out by 11:00 a.m. Need to Know : Bring your own bed linens, towels and toiletries. Bed linen & towels are available to rent for 25 euros per person if you wish, please notify in advance. The water comes from our own well and is drinkable. It was last tested in May 2025 and is tested annually. There are toys for children aged 3–6 years. The pantry is partially filled – it is fine to take what you need. Fire safety equipment is available: 1 fire extinguisher and 1 fire blanket. Responsibilities & rules: We ask you to take care of the cottage with care. The tenant is responsible for any damage to property and equipment that arises from negligence - by yourselves or someone in your company. Follow the rules and instructions in place.
