Angel Rock Waterfront Cottages & Vacation homes is a unique cottage colony property with 32 rental options located in Cape Vincent, NY, on the banks of the St. Lawrence River! Our rentals offer everything you need to feel home away from home! Each rental is different - ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms - and from quaint & comfy to high end & upscale. They are thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean. If you have a big family or group, we’re your best rental option in the Thousand Islands area! The space Your rental is your own private home during your stay. Our shared property features include a seasonal heated saltwater pool, a shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, children's playground, campfire areas and a fishing pier. Additionally, we offer kayak & canoe rentals, plus dockage if you bring your own boat. (Dockage must be reserved in advance.) Guest access This is one of two park model mobile homes that we have to offer. Located directly on the water’s edge – the extensive water views and stunning sunsets can’t be beat! #30 is a one bedroom “tiny home” with a bonus sleeping loft, (maximum loft height is 44 inches), plus a sleeper sofa. The cabinetry is tastefully done in white and the cathedral ceilings include plenty of windows and allow lots of natural light. There are excellent water views from both in-side and from the large deck, reached by a sliding patio door. The comfortable kitchen offers tons of cabinet space and comes fully stocked with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove with oven, and even a wine fridge! The counter dining area offers seating for 4. The living room has a wall of beautiful water view windows, laminate wood flooring and a comfortable sofa which contains a pull out sofa bed – plus a fireplace and flat screen TV. The bedroom offers a queen size bed as well as built in cabinets for storing your belongings during your stay, and the bathroom has a corner shower plus linen cabinet. Of course, complimentary wireless internet access, cable TV service, dual zone heat/air conditioning are all included. This gorgeous rental is best suited & rated for 2 people, with a maximum of 4. Other things to note This park model is fully equipped including cable & internet service, television, heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove with oven, wine fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, cooking & eating utensils, gas barbeque grill, bed sheets, blankets & pillows and cleaning products & supplies. Guests are requested to bring bath & pool towels and personal toiletries. For your convenience your rental is setup in advance with a starter kit, which includes toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and trash bags. We request that guests staying 3 nights or longer take care of their resupply needs; the starter kit will hold you over until you are able to get to the store for your groceries and supplies. (Note - our seasonal outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid-May to mid-September.)
