Blender, coffee maker with sugar also provided. -Living room with 42" Smart TV. -Bedroom area with 42" Smart TV. -Work space with power surge provided. -Full bath with shower. -Laundry room on premises, located on 2nd, 4th and 6th floor (open from 7am-10pm) -Gym is located on rooftop floor (7th floor) open from 7am-8pm (proper gym attire is required) -Rooftop Pool is located on 7th floor and is open from 9am to 10pm. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children are not to be left unattended. -BBq area: first come first serve, no reservations. No glass or ceramic objects allowed in this area. Other things to note -Front desk cannot hold unit luggage, cash or any personal valuables. -Maximum capacity per apartment is 4 people. -Visitors are allowed from 9am to 10pm. All visitors must be registered with ID at the front desk, and once the maximum capacity per apartment has been covered, no visitors will be allowed. -Parties or unauthorized gatherings are prohibited. -Hanging towels, clothing or any personal objects from balcony railings is prohibited. -Loud music is prohibited. -Children must be accompanied by an adult while in common areas, pools and hallways. -Only 1 car is allowed to park in garage per unit. -Leaving garbage bags or personal items in hallways or outside apt door is prohibited. There is a garbage chute located next to elevator and also a garbage container located in the garage for larger garbage.
