To that effect, we provide - Inverter, AC, TV, internet dongle - Music system, projector screen - Pool table, table tennis - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars inside the villa and 12 cars in the society parking area The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOMS - There are 6 bedrooms. - ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. - TV is offered in 5 rooms.  - All rooms have queen-sized beds. BATHROOMS - There are 7 bathrooms in the villa - 6 attached and 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room offers AC, TV, speakers and comfortable seating for up to 10 people. - There is a gazebo that offers comfortable seating for up to 12 people. - There is a private swimming pool that is 28x8 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. It is accessible from 8 AM to 9 PM. - There is a common powder room on the ground floor. CONFERENCE ROOM  - The conference room / movie theatre has a capacity of 25 people, with a projector and 150 inch screen. - It can be booked separately only for corporate meetings and conferences at an additional cost.   KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a refrigerator, a mixer-grinder and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available.  - Guests do not have access to kitchen to prepare their own meals. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Broccoli Picaddle Resort, Hotel Chandralok, Santushti and Smokin Joe’s. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge. The staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, and have fun playing indoor games such as table tennis, pool, cards and Ludo. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Due to the villa’s proximity to the railway station, guests can occasionally hear train horns. - This villa is not suitable for pets and guests who use wheelchairs. - The living room is under CCTV surveillance for security purposes. - An internet dongle, although provided, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Incase of a power outage, the inverter can support a few lights and fans for up to 4 hours. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. - Given the villa’s proximity to the railway station, guests can expect remote honking of the trains occasionally.
