Just from a block from the beach , this cozy beach house is conveniently located , newly built , and ready for your Central Coast beach vacation . Both the bedrooms have comfortable king beds . The house has front and back deck for guest to enjoy some outdoor time. It also has a hot outdoor shower for a quick rinse off after the beach . There is 2 full bath. Free reliable high speed internet through out the vacation rental . Free use of washer dryer inside the house . Personal working space with desk is also provided for remote working . Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except for garage . Guest can access fresh linens provided during the stay Other things to note As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules. - No shoes within the house. - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m per the Good neighbors policy - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. - PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. - Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. - PLEASE NOTE: The house is child friendly .Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES. - The house shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation, up to 5 guests. - No pets are allowed, due to the Property Owner Association rule. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
