Welcome to Park Place. Fully renovated modern home has an amazing backyard and is in a prime location of central/north Scottsdale. Located close to Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland, and less than 15 mins to Old Town and Central Phoenix. Close to great golf courses. A great place to stay for families and friends. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, and there are tons of games for everyone to enjoy!! We strive to make your experience unlike any other vacation rental. The space The common areas share a beautiful dual sided electric fireplace as the focal point. Enjoy a game of billiards while you watch your favorite game on tv. Cook a feast in the large luxurious kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Coffee bar comes stocked with coffee pods, creamer and sugar. In the backyard there is a furnished area to watch tv, play ping pong, putting green, pool, outdoor dining set, built in BBQ, plenty of turf, conrhole and decorative string lights all across the patio. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool and enjoy a game of water basketball, or sit back and relax in the heated jacuzzi. We keep all bathrooms stocked with toothbrush, toothpaste, qtips, tampons, maxipads, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Master Bedroom 1 - King Bed Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Guest Bedroom 4 - Bunk bed with 2-Twin bed + Trundle with 2-Twin Beds IMPORTANT: please read House Rules to review all information before booking Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the home in its entirety. Other things to note Heated Pool/Jacuzzi - If you would like the pool heated, we need to know in advance. The pool will need to be heated for the entire duration of your stay, no partial days, as it takes 1-2 days to heat from 40-50 degrees to 80-85 degrees. Pool/Jacuzzi heating costs during the colder months (October-April) $100/day. 4+days $75/day. During warmer months (May-September) $25/day to heat Weekly pool/hot tub maintenance is done every Monday morning and will require access for workers.
