The Loft @Venue1848

The Loft has one bedroom with one queen size bed for 2 guests. If your 2nd guest needs an extra bed, you can add a king size blowup mattress OR a twin mattresses for $25 per night. Please message me your extra bed preference and pay me directly with cash or card before you checkout. If your Airbnb reservation includes an extra guest fee, there is no additional charge. Message me your extra bed preference. For the baby, we also have a Joovy Room 2. We are happy to accommodate your family. The space Our spacious industrial style loft is full of natural light and built circa 1912. We have kept much of the original ambience with its rich hardwood floors and exposed brick but have made the necessary upgrades for residential use. The Loft is part of our residence and Venue 1848 is our place of business. When we are onsite, you may hear us on the residential hall or downstairs in the venue. Please, let us know if you need anything. Guest access You will have private access to the entire loft area. We reside onsite and use a separate entry. I will message you with a key code for you to access The Loft the morning of your expected arrival. This key code opens the back door on the second story deck. Other things to note No parties or photoshoots allowed in The Loft unless specifically and seperately contracted through Venue 1848. Do you have a large family?
